Financial Assistance

After completing the Apogee Sacramento application, families seeking additional financial assistance will need to submit a separate application through BeneFAQ, a secure third party platform that provides an accurate, fair, and timely assessment of a family's financial situation and ability to contribute to tuition. A significant portion of our funding comes from the generosity of donors, and we are committed to diligent stewardship of those funds. This process ensures a thorough and equitable evaluation, allowing us to allocate assistance to those who need it most.

Financial assistance is not guaranteed. Sponsorships are reviewed annually and do not automatically carry over into future academic years. Families will need to reapply each year if additional assistance is needed.

If your family is seeking additional financial assistance for the 2025-2026 academic year, please follow the steps below to ensure everything is submitted correctly after you have completed your Apogee Sacramento application:

1. Understand our Sponsorship Guidelines

  • Submit your Apogee Sacramento application

  • Review our Sponsorship Family Contributions to ensure you’re aware of the increased expectations that come with additional financial support, and to understand how your contributions will help strengthen and support the Apogee community.

2. Complete the BeneFAQ Application

  • Visit BeneFAQ to create your account, submit the $35 application fee, and start your application.

  • Provide all requested financial information through the secure BeneFAQ platform. It is crucial that you fully disclose all relevant details, as this ensures a fair and accurate evaluation of your financial situation. We rely on integrity and transparency in this process so that we can offer the most appropriate support to each family.

  • Be thorough and submit all required documentation to avoid delays.

3. Await Decision Notification

  • Sponsorship decisions will be sent out after thorough review by our team, taking into account both the BeneFAQ assessment and Apogee Sacramento application.

Important Notes:

  • Sponsorships are limited and awarded based on both financial need and alignment with our mission and values.

  • Families receiving sponsorships are required to fulfill Sponsorship Family Contributions equal to one half of their monthly sponsorship coverage.

  • If awarded, sponsorships are valid for the current academic year only; families must reapply annually for continued assistance.
