Application Process

We are thrilled about your interest in joining the Apogee Sacramento community! To ensure that we are the right fit for your family, we’ve created a simple admissions process to guide you through next steps:

Step 1: Learn About Our Program

Taking the time to understand our program, values, and approach to education will help you feel confident in choosing Apogee Sacramento for your family. Before applying, we encourage you to dive into that process:

Step 2: Submit Your Application

Complete our Family Application and submit the non-refundable $75 application fee (once per family).

  • This fee helps cover the time and care we dedicate to reviewing applications, hosting family interviews, and prayerfully considering each family's fit within our community. It reflects the mutual investment needed to ensure Apogee Sacramento is the right place for your child to grow and thrive.

  • If Apogee Sacramento determines that our program is not a fit for your family, in that specific case, the application fee will be refunded.

Step 3: Schedule a Tour and Shadow Day

Once your application is received, we’ll reach out to schedule a tour — a time to get to know your family and answer questions about the Apogee experience. If both your family and Apogee would like to move forward, afterward we’ll arrange a shadow day for your child to experience a day in the Studio.

  • Who should attend? The whole family, including the children applying for the program.

  • What should your child bring? An item for Show and Tell that represents who they are, something they’re proud of, or something they love.

Step 4: Enrollment Offer

If it’s determined that both your family and our team believe Apogee Sacramento is a fit, we'll send out an enrollment offer with next steps. This will include:

  • A link to your Enrollment Contract.

  • Payment of the Enrollment Fee ($500/child per academic year).

  • Submission of required waivers and forms to finalize enrollment.

Once these steps are completed, you’ll officially be part of the Apogee community, and we can’t wait to embark on this journey together!
