WHOLE CHILD APPROACH

We recognize that for our students to be truly prepared to thrive in life and contribute to the world around them, they will need much more than academic knowledge. Our program offers a uniquely rich experience, nurturing your children not just academically, but also in their character, social-emotional, physical, and spiritual development.

Spiritual Development

Our students are guided into the joy and adventure of a personal, love relationship with God. Natural rhythms of prayer, gratitude, worship, and the Word are woven into our days and learning.

We integrate a Biblical worldview throughout our exploration of different subjects and also prioritize weekly chapel times. As we continually look to the model of Jesus together, our students grow in the fruit and power of the Spirit.

Personal & Character Growth

Self-Confidence & Management – Our students grow in secure identities, knowing they are loved and capable. They grow in awareness of how to apply their unique strengths, knowledge and skills to real life situations. Empowered with a growth mindset, they embrace mistakes, risks, and challenges, propelling continual learning and growth. They increase in responsibility, managing their choices and time to achieve their learning goals, and develop their personal character.

Social & Emotional Intelligence – Our students also gain a value for healthy, meaningful relationships and the tools to build them wherever they go. They grow in self-awareness, understanding and managing emotions, and learn respectful, empathetic engagement with others. They grow in their skills to communicate, collaborate, and resolve conflict.

Practical Life & Leadership Skills

Effective Communication – From show and tell in early years to Socratic discussions, presentations, and teamwork, students learn to express ideas with confidence and clarity. Conflict resolution coaching helps them seek to understand others, pursue win-win solutions, and navigate relationships with honesty and grace.

Entrepreneurial Mindset & Financial Literacy – As students grow, they develop an entrepreneurial mindset, learning to recognize opportunities, solve problems, and create value in their communities. Financial literacy equips them with stewardship, strong decision-making skills, and strategies to build and manage wealth with wisdom.

Servant Leadership – Leadership at Apogee is not about titles; it’s about initiative, responsibility, and generosity. Students first learn to lead themselves by taking ownership of their growth, then develop the skills to lead others by serving through their strengths.

Prioritizing our students’ development in these areas prepares them to thrive in the real world and helps them become capable, confident, and compassionate leaders—ready to step boldly into their future.

Physical Education

We help our students understand that movement is essential for both brain and body development. Beyond traditional PE, we incorporate breathwork, mobility, and functional fitness inspired by Physiology First. By integrating discussions on healthy nutrition and making movement fun, we empower students to build strength, resilience, and lifelong wellness habits—helping them move with confidence and energy in all areas of life.
